Job Title: HR Assistant

Work Location: Matola

Working Hours:

08:00-17:00

with a two-hour lunch break at noon.

【Key Responsibilities】:

1. Monitor employment contract deadlines, renewal s, and amendments;

2. Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and general HR correspondence;

3. Maintain and organize employee files (physical a nd digital records);

4. Control attendance, punctuality, and calculate ov ertime;

5. Support salary calculations and monthly payroll preparation;

6. Process and monitor INSS (social security) contri butions;

7. Issue employee letters, declarations, and internal communications;

8. Maintain and update employee records and HR d atabases.

【Requirements】:

1. Degree or diploma in Human Resources Manage ment, Business Administration, or related field;

2. Previous experience in HR administrative roles (p referred);

3. Knowledge of Mozambican labor law;

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comp uter skills;

5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, an d confidentiality;

7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

8. At least 1 year of proven experience in Human Re sources or administrative roles;

9. Fluent in Portuguese and English
