Our client in Pemba is looking for Production Shift Supervisor to join their team for a job vacancy within the Minning Sector.
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for day-to-day shift planning and co-ordination of technician and electrician
workers equipment level.
• Responsibility for the daily schedule of work/shifts.
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of safety issues, particularly regarding equipment, raising
any concerns with your line manager.
• Maintain accurate data/records/ documentation. (JSA , Shift report/Job card and Check list)
• Carry out allocated shift tasks/projects within set time limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes of practice and
legislation including health and safety.
• Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization to line manager.
Requirements:
• BE/B-tech -in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years relevant work experience.
Skills and Competence.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance of HEMM equipment.
• Proficiency in the use of office productivity tools
• Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
