Our client in Pemba is looking for DLG Operator to join their team for a job vacancy within Construction Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and control the DLG/DMS circuit, including cyclones, pumps, screens, and dense media systems

Monitor and control operational parameters such as density, pressure, flow rate, and feed rate

Adjust dense media (ferrosilicon or magnetite) density to ensure proper separation efficiency

Monitor feed material particle size distribution and ensure correct feed conditions

Perform routine inspections of plant equipment to identify leaks, blockages, or abnormal conditions
-
Carry out safe start-up and shutdown procedures of the DLG circuit

Record operational data and maintain shift reports and logbooks

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
