Opportunity | Travel Coordinator – Pemba
We are strengthening our team within the LNG Project in Afungi (Cabo Delgado).
Twine, LTD – LNG Project is recruiting a Travel Coordinator, based in Pemba, responsible for the full coordination of national and international personnel mobilization.
This role ensures the efficient management of arrivals and departures of personnel traveling from Maputo, other provinces, and international locations (including Johannesburg and other countries), in alignment with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of national and international travel;
- Management of personnel mobilization between Afungi, Pemba, Maputo, and other destinations;
- Arrangement of flights, ground transfers, and local logistical support;
- Management of rotations and embarkation/disembarkation lists;
- Liaison with operational teams and stakeholders;
- Real-time resolution of logistical challenges.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in travel coordination, logistics, or personnel mobilization;
- Previous experience in industrial project environments (preferred);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory);
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure;
Location: Pemba, Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
