Our client in Maputo is looking for a Project Supervisor to join their team for a job vacancy within the NGO Sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise teams and community mobilization in multiple districts.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of communication strategies for behavior change.
- Ensure quality of reports, data consolidation and compliance with project indicators.
- Represent the project to the health authorities and institutional partners.
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Public Health, Social Sciences or relevant area.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising community health projects.
- Proven experience in coordinating field teams and institutional relations.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, communication skills in Changana and Bitonga is an advantage.
- Availability for frequent travel and Light Vehicle Driving License.
