PSI Mozambique seeks a Technical/Pedagogical Assistant to support a World Bank-funded initiative under the EMPODERA program, which aims to improve GBV service provider capacity across Mozambique through the development and delivery of harmonized training packages. This position is contingent upon funding approval.
The Technical/Pedagogical Assistant provides hands-on support to the Training Specialist and broader program team, contributing to the production and adaptation of training materials, the logistical organization of training events, and the documentation of activities across all levels of implementation.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Support the development, formatting, and adaptation of training materials, guides, and teaching resources for different provider groups and contexts.
- Assist in the organization and logistics of training workshops and field activities at national, provincial, and district levels.
- Contribute to the documentation of training activities, including participant lists, session records, and evidence of learning.
- Support the piloting and adjustment of training packages based on feedback from trainers and participants.
- Liaise with provincial and district counterparts to coordinate field logistics and ensure materials are available and fit for purpose in each context.
- Provide general technical and administrative support to the team as needed.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience providing technical and pedagogical support to training and capacity building programs.
- Experience producing and adapting pedagogical materials for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Fluency in Portuguese required.
