We’re Hiring: Protection Coordinator
Oxfam in Mozambique is looking for an experienced Protection Coordinator to support and lead high-quality humanitarian protection programming in Gaza Province.
This 6-month contract role will provide technical leadership in flood response and anticipatory action, ensuring protection including GBV risk mitigation and community-based protection is fully integrated across humanitarian interventions.
What we’re looking for:
– 7-10 years’ experience in humanitarian protection programming;
Strong expertise in community-based protection and coordination mechanisms;
Experience in complex emergency contexts;
Strong analytical, leadership, and partnership skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential;
Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
Location: Gaza Province, Mozambique
